Product Condition
We follow strict grading criteria when inspecting products. It is extremely important you examine your items and package them securely before mailing them in. We resell these items, so keeping them in great condition will increase your payouts. It is very easy to overlook the condition of your boxes. We want to pay you as much as possible. However, we cannot pay full price for even the smallest cosmetic defects.
We are not liable for any items damaged by mail carriers.
We currently have 3 grading conditions when examining your items: Perfect – No visible defects whatsoever.
Slightly Damage (50% deduction) – 1 or more small creases, bends, very tiny tears (specs), dent or scratches on any part of box
Severely Damaged (Rejected) – Multiple tears no matter the size, multiple large creases or dents, scoring from pens, discoloration, ink marks, blood stains, coffee stains. We do not purchase any items with broken seals, stains covering expiration dates and lots, items not listed on our website, DME products, items shorter than 4 months expiration unless stated, boxes with pen marks, seal colors missing, or water stains.
Obligations

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that these diabetic supplies were not obtained through government programs.

Midwest Diabetic Exchange buys excess diabetic test strips that are lawfully obtained and owned. We do not buy international diabetic supplies, only those with USA NDC codes.

To receive full price, supplies must be factory sealed, not expired, and have at least 10+ months before expiration. Expired or damaged supplies will not be compensated and may be disposed of, donated, or returned with a $5 shipping fee.

Payment will be based on the current published price when we receive your products.

Prices may change due to supply and demand. We may pay a reduced price for products with less than 10 months until expiration or for damaged items.

We are not responsible for errors on electronic payments (e.g., Cash App or bank wires) due to incorrect information provided.

Any disputes regarding payment or orders must be reported within 30 days; otherwise, all transactions will be considered final.
